How to do it
Open the keyboard in any text field.
Tap the clipboard icon. If you do not see it, tap the four-square toolbar menu and add Clipboard.
If the clipboard is off entirely, tap the gear on the Gboard toolbar and turn Clipboard on.
Pin a clip you need to keep. Leave passwords out of it.
The hour limit is the point. A one-time code should not still be sitting in the keyboard tomorrow.
