How to turn off Precise Location on iPhone

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, tap the app and turn off Precise Location. The app then only gets your rough area.

How to do it

  1. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

  2. Tap the app.

  3. Turn Precise Location off.

  4. Leave location access as While Using the App if the app still needs a rough area. Choose Never if it does not.

Do this for shopping, coupons, and social apps. Leave it on for maps while you are navigating. You can change one app without changing the others.
