Run Chrome's password checkup
Google Password Manager has a Checkup page for breached, reused, and weak passwords.

- Fix: check saved passwords in Chrome
- Cheat sheet
How to do it
Open Chrome Settings > Autofill and passwords > Google Password Manager.
Open Checkup. On some versions the button says Check passwords.
Change the passwords it marks as compromised. Do that on the website itself, then let Chrome save the new one.
Reused passwords are the next pass. A breach of one site exposes the others.
If Password Manager is empty, Chrome was never saving passwords for you. The checkup cannot see passwords that live only in your head or in another app.
