How to turn on Lockdown Mode on iPhone

Lockdown Mode is an extreme set of restrictions for an iPhone that may be personally targeted by spyware. It is in Settings > Privacy & Security > Lockdown Mode. Most people do not need it. Turning it on blocks attachments, some web technologies, and incoming calls from unknown numbers, among other things.
