How to do it
Open Settings > Notifications > Scheduled Summary.
Turn it on and choose the delivery times.
Choose which apps belong in the summary. Leave messages and anything urgent out of it.
On an app's own notification screen, Time Sensitive can stay allowed so those alerts skip the summary.
If an app is suddenly silent, it is probably in the summary. Take it back out under Settings > Notifications > that app, or in the summary's app list.
Questions people ask
An app went quiet. Is it in the summary?
Probably. Take it out of the summary's app list, or change it in Settings > Notifications for that app.
Do Time Sensitive alerts wait for the summary?
No, if the app is allowed to send Time Sensitive notifications. Those skip the summary.
